Your Leadership is Needed

You can participate in the Civil Air Patrol Leadership Project and help create deliverable leadership products that complement CAP's new DRAFT leadership textbook modules, "Learn to Lead," that will be used by over 30,000 Civil Air Patrol members in their Cadet Programs worldwide.

CAP volunteers, like you, have already collaborated on the achievement tests (see the Product 1 tab) and the activity guide for "Module One - Personal Leadership" of the new textbook (see the Product 2 tab). These materials will be released when the new textbook is released in 2010.

The CAP Leadership Project is currently developing 28 lesson plans to accompany the DRAFT leadership textbook modules. You can design one or more lesson plans (see the Product 3 tab)! To participate, start by completing the taskers located in the Do This First tab.

All participants will need to download the DRAFT textbook modules, "Learn to Lead." These outstanding modules are authored by the Cadet Program team at CAP's National Headquarters under the capable leadership of Curt LaFond, Chief of Cadet Programs. Please refer any questions or comments about the DRAFT textbook modules to Mr. LaFond.

Thanks for your leadership in CAP!
